Our client Lexden Restorations purchased this former stable block, a Grade 2 Listed building on Colchester Garrison, built in 1864. This beautiful building was once used to house the large working horses that pulled the heavy artillery guns but it had been totally neglected for many years. Our client instructed us to completely restore it ensuring that the many of its original features were retained. We are delighted that our client won a prestigious Green Apple Award for this office development.
