Overlooking the picturesque St John’s Green and just a few minutes from Colchester’s historic town centre, Yates Developers worked to convert this large Regency House into two stunning houses. This project was a complete refurbishment and included a new roof for this property which, as the former home of the Garrison Commander, has a unique place in the heart this proud garrison town.
Within in the house Ashley Yates discovered a concealed door to a tunnel and a wartime underground bunker. In the grounds we are going to build a terrace of five classically designed, three storey four-bedroom homes.
